We have a voice.

We have a voice.

California taught me that I have a voice.

My words and my thoughts are powerful and lovely. Somewhere along the way in this past season, my tongue got pinched and I stopped speaking.

I would sit in a room of powerful people and believe I had nothing to bring to the table. I believed that no one would listen, or no one cared.  I believed that what I was going to say would not change anything, so I would be silent.

Have you ever experienced that?

In the midst of California I began to meet this amazing community and when I asked them a question it would be as if like a light was illuminated in their souls and they would come to life.  As they began to shine my tongue began to heal. All from a simple question, which would turn into a simple word into their identity. All of a sudden, freedom was sparked.

I think that's what seeing true identity does. It brings freedom.

It brought me freedom, I launched adorn and bloom in the midst of my season in California because I wanted others to be free. I want to see this world be a lovely place. Realizing that it really is tiny and little and if we just reach out we would see we have never been alone.

So today, if you need some freedom like I did and still do, comment or email or text me. I'm here and ready to speak again.
